Challenge
Red Ruby, an exclusive luxury perfume brand from Dubai known for its sophisticated and long-lasting fragrances, faced an unusual problem. Despite having a prestigious location in Sarajevo City Center, one of the city’s most visited spots, their online presence did not reflect the high standards of their products. The website was outdated, user-unfriendly, and failed to convey the luxury and quality of the perfumes they offered. Moreover, the lack of coherent branding on social media meant they were unable to attract customers beyond Sarajevo, let alone on an international level.
Our Approach
To get Red Ruby back on track, we started from the ground up. First, we created a completely new, luxuriously designed website that was not only visually stunning but also functional, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines. Every detail of the website – from the color palette to the user experience – reflected the essence of the brand: luxury, elegance, and unforgettable fragrance notes.
In addition, we developed an entirely new graphic identity for their social media platforms, featuring carefully crafted visuals that exuded exclusivity. With a targeted strategy aimed at international clients, particularly those in regions close to Dubai, we managed to capture the attention of new, discerning customers.
Results
Red Ruby experienced a remarkable turnaround. Not only did they attract foreign clients, but these clients also became long-term customers, ensuring the brand’s stable growth and presence in international markets. This success further positioned Sarajevo as a hub of luxury.
