Nova Clinic partnered with AD ASTRA to elevate their online presence and generate consistent monthly bookings. Our focus was on blending strategic paid ad campaigns with organic UGC-style content to build trust, boost brand awareness, and ultimately scale their operations across Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Although Nova Clinic delivered exceptional in-person service, their digital growth was stagnant. Their team didn’t have a clear system to attract and convert cold audiences into paying clients. As demand grew in the aesthetic industry, Nova Clinic knew they had to act fast or risk falling behind to more digitally savvy competitors.
Their monthly revenue was inconsistent, heavily reliant on repeat clients and referrals.
No structured lead generation system existed — just organic posting and hope.
They weren’t using paid ads properly — when tried, it lacked targeting, creative strategy, and tracking.
They had no real digital assets showcasing client transformations, testimonials, or behind-the-scenes trust-builders.

We launched a comprehensive growth strategy split into three core pillars: UGC-based organic content, Meta Ads, and an optimized funnel system that worked even when the clinic was closed.
We organized, coached, and helped Nova Clinic gather real video testimonials, before/after photos, and in-treatment content from actual clients. This created a library of authentic, high-trust content we used both organically and in ads.

Each ad had a specific goal (view, engage, click, book), tracked via Meta Pixel and Events Manager.
