We built a complete strategy designed to bring in high-quality bookings.
On Meta, we created campaigns targeting wealthy travelers based on location, income, and travel interests. We split campaigns by villa type and season, then added retargeting for people who viewed villas, started booking forms, or visited the website. Each villa got its own campaign with unique messaging and luxury positioning.
On Google, we ran Search ads for people actively looking for villas, used Performance Max to show ads across multiple placements, and protected the brand from competitors. High-intent Google searches became the biggest source of bookings.
We also focused heavily on conversion rate optimization. We studied how people moved through the booking process, where they got stuck, and why they left. Then we simplified the booking flow, removed obstacles, redesigned villa pages, improved buttons and calls-to-action, and made everything work better on mobile. This led to a major increase in people completing their bookings.
